Tell us your operating hours, access restrictions, and the areas that must remain available. We discuss scheduling after reviewing the scope. We will talk through whether the work can be staged outside your busiest hours, though the installation plan and timing still depend on the project and the access required.
Will an LED conversion reduce my bill by a fixed amount?
There is no single savings figure that applies to every property. Results depend on the equipment replaced, the new lighting system, operating hours, controls, and electricity costs. Compare the existing and proposed equipment, operating hours and controls before estimating savings or payback.
Can you work on parking area lighting?

Specify what people need to see
Task, mounting height, light distribution, glare, color appearance and maintenance access affect the design. A shop floor, restaurant and parking area have different needs. Wattage alone does not describe useful light. A photometric layout can help evaluate coverage before equipment is ordered.
Make drivers and controls work together
LED drivers, dimmers, occupancy sensors, daylight controls and control zones need compatible specifications. Existing wiring or controls may not support the proposed fixtures. Emergency and exit lighting deserve separate consideration. For occupied premises, work hours and access equipment also affect the installation plan.
Define the energy-code scope

Review applicable controls, documentation and acceptance testing before treating the job as a simple fixture swap.
