Text message privacy

AI Builders, known on this website as Ai Builders Electric, is an electrical contractor. This policy explains our one-to-one text messages to our own employees and customers.

What we collect

We collect your mobile number and your agreement to receive texts. You give our office that agreement verbally, in person or by phone. Our office records the date and who took your agreement.

What we send

We send one-to-one messages about your own work only. For our employees, messages concern job assignments, schedules, job addresses and site access. For our customers, messages concern your own scheduled visits and projects, such as confirmations, reminders and schedule changes.

We never send marketing, promotions or mass text messages.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Twilio is our messaging provider and is used only to deliver our messages.

How often

Message frequency varies with your work, usually a few messages a week.

Message and data rates may apply.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, and START to receive them again.

We may update this page. The last-updated date above changes when we do.
