Commercial equipment and distribution
Discuss service equipment, switchgear, motor and equipment circuits, lighting controls and tenant improvements. The proposed loads and existing distribution determine the scope that needs review.
Multifamily and aging equipment
Meter banks, service disconnects and unit subpanels need to be reviewed together. Our completed Culver City project included 532 meters and approximately 350 unit subpanels. It is an example of our multifamily work outside Ventura.
Residential work and site conditions
We handle panels, rewiring, new homes, ADUs, remodels, lighting and smart controls. For exposed or coastal sites, identify the actual location and equipment environment; suitable products and installation details need project-specific review.
Public works and compliance enquiries
Send the bid requirements and electrical scope, and request current licensing, insurance and DIR information. Bonding capacity and other procurement requirements are confirmed for the particular solicitation.
Questions before you get started
Do you provide a fixed travel-time or response-time promise for Ventura?
No. Scope, location and scheduling are discussed for the proposed project.
Can you price equipment replacement from a photograph alone?
Photos help identify the starting point, but specifications, existing conditions, loads and coordination requirements may need further review.
