Small repairs deserve careful attention
A failed switch, an unreliable outlet or a lighting change still matters when it affects your home. Describe the problem in ordinary language. We assess what needs attention and discuss the proposed work before it begins.
Kitchen, bathroom and lighting projects
We handle electrical work for kitchen and bathroom remodels, from circuits and outlets to the lighting you use every day. Choose recessed lighting, chandeliers, wall sconces and pendant lights, along with ceiling fan installation. We review fixture choices, placement and the electrical scope with you.
For connected homes, we also provide low-voltage and network wiring. Plan cable routes alongside a remodel or new build, or discuss the options for an existing home.
Plan upgrades around the way you use the home
A new appliance, home addition or EV charger may affect circuit and service requirements. We review the planned loads and existing equipment so the electrical scope supports the change. A panel replacement, rewiring project and additional circuit are different jobs and should be explained clearly. We replace older Zinsco, Federal Pacific and Bulldog/Pushmatic equipment, along with subpanel replacement.
Electrical work for new homes and ADUs
We wire ADUs and new houses of all sizes and finish levels, from builder standard homes to custom residences. Our work also includes complete and partial rewiring of existing homes, including knob-and-tube replacement. We plan around the layout, equipment, lighting and construction sequence, coordinating with the owner, builder and design team as the project requires.

Common questions
Do you take small residential jobs?
Yes. We handle individual electrical repairs and installations as well as larger residential projects. Every project deserves attention and quality workmanship.
Can you work from the builder’s or designer’s plans?
Yes. Share the available drawings, equipment information and construction schedule. We review the electrical scope and coordinate questions with the project team.
How should I prepare for a first conversation?
Tell us the city, the type of property and what you want to repair, add or build. Existing plans and safely accessible photos can help. Please do not open electrical equipment to investigate a problem or take a photograph.
Technical planning notes & references
BEFORE WE QUOTE THE WORK
Make the electrical plan fit your home
Separate a repair from an expansion
A dead outlet calls for diagnosis. Adding a range, heat pump or EV charger calls for review of the new load and existing supply. Tell us what changed, what you noticed and which future improvements you are seriously considering.
Know what the estimate covers
Panel access, attic conditions, wall finishes and route length affect the work. Circuit protection, grounding and bonding must suit the installation. Ask which circuits and devices are included, whether permits are required, how interruptions will be handled and who repairs opened surfaces.
