Estimates based on plans and site visits are free. Troubleshooting and diagnostic work are chargeable; we discuss the cost before that work begins.

Electrical work for different kinds of properties

Ai Builders Electric works with homeowners, builders, business owners, property managers and HOA representatives. We plan the electrical work around the property, its occupants and the project scope.

Commercial: Tenant improvements, electrical upgrades and construction projects. Our experience includes 2,000-square-foot tenant improvements and commercial projects of 30,000 and 50,000 square feet.

Multifamily: Multi-meter equipment, switchgear, subpanels and electrical panels for apartments, condos and HOA communities. We coordinate with utilities, engineers, tenants and property representatives as the work requires.

Residential: ADUs, builder standard homes and custom homes, along with rewiring, lighting, panel upgrades and smaller electrical repairs. Every project deserves attention and quality workmanship.

What we cover before work starts

We explain what the estimate covers, what needs coordination and which items are outside the proposed scope. For occupied properties, we discuss access, electrical interruptions and who needs advance notice.

Commercial bids and construction

We handle tenant improvements, new construction, equipment power and lighting. At a Lynwood veterinary hospital, the renovation included a 600A single-meter service and power for clinical equipment.

Multifamily meter and panel upgrades

We work on meter banks, switchgear and unit panels. The Culver City case shows the difference between work at shared equipment and upgrades inside individual homes.

Homes, remodels and ADUs

We wire new homes and ADUs and work on existing homes, including rewiring, panels and lighting. Our residential photographs show finished interior, kitchen and outdoor lighting.

Public works and institutional bids

Our Rancho Cucamonga college work included food-service, office and new-building wiring, outdoor lighting and generator and transfer switch equipment.
