I already have solar. Can you add a battery?
Possibly, after checking the solar inverter, proposed battery, electrical ratings and supported connection method. Adding storage can involve new controls, wiring or panel work. Outage backup also requires a suitable system configuration. Share the existing equipment models and the loads you want supported so we can assess the electrical scope and applicable approvals.
